Mr. Guo is the Senior Vice President of Richina Pacific (China) Investment.  He is also a Director and the General Manager of Shanghai Leather Co. Ltd.   In addition, he is the Chairman of the Shanghai Leather Association.

Mr. Huo has been associated with the Richina Group since 1995, and he officially joined the Richina Group in 2004.  He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, and debt reorganization prior to joining Richina.

He graduated from Macao International University with an MBA degree, and completed a law program from Television University.
