Mrs Lee Suet Fern was appointed an Independent Director from July 1, 2005, and has also been appointed to the Audit & Governance Committee of the Board.

Mrs Lee, who is a widely respected and experienced lawyer is Singapore based where she is Senior Director of the international law firm, Stamford Law Corporation which focuses on the Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and Restructuring Sectors.

Stamford Law Corporation has provided, and will continue to provide, certain corporate legal services to RPL’s Singapore-based Headquarters.

Mrs Lee was admitted to the Bar at Gray’s Inn, London, in 1981, after completing her studies at Cambridge University, from which she graduated with a double first MA (Law) in 1980, winning numerous University and College honors in the process.

In 1982, Mrs Lee was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
