Martin was appointed Acting CEO in 2006. He joined Mainzeal in 1992 as assistant to the Group Company Secretary and later became Mainzeal’s General Counsel providing legal advice on commercial, contractual and employment matters. Martin holds commercial and law degrees and has been a practising barrister and solicitor. As well as working in private practice, previous experience includes being in-house solicitor for NZ Steel where Martin gained invaluable experience in commercial and financial restructuring, large project contract drafting and construction dispute resolution. Martin is also General Counsel for parent companies Richina Pacific Limited and Richina Land. |
