Reegan PEARCE
Head of Finance - Richina Land
Since joining the Richina Group in 1996, Reegan has held several financial management roles. He commenced his current role as Head of Finance for the Richina Land division (which includes the Mainzeal Property and Construction group) in early 2006 and is part of the interim Office of the CEO. Prior to this he held the role of Group Financial Controller for Richina Pacific Limited.
Reegan has been heading the restructuring programme of Richina Land’s accounting, tax, treasury and reporting processes. He has also led the changeover to reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards as well carrying out successful due diligence and transaction work on various investment proposals, in both the US and China.
Before joining Richina, Reegan was the Group Accountant for the more than 130 General Accident insurance company offices in the Asia Pacific region, having earlier held a number of both treasury and corporate accounting roles in the Pacific regional headquarters of the General Accident. |
